In 2001 Olinesa team decided to create a Lutenitsa for the children's taste. That's why we produced 4 different recipes that were tested by children in 10 kindergartens and schools. The result was clear - the children chose a recipe in which even today Olinesa produces "Olinesko." The finely ground Lutenitsa "Olinesko" is undoubtedly one of the most beloved products of "Olinesa".
