Cozonacul Syruped with nuts and cocoa was specially designed according to an original recipe. The syrupy core with natural vanilla syrup blends perfectly with the rich cocoa cream and the carefully selected nuts. It is quietly prepared following a long manufacturing process and natural fermentation with yeast. Its taste is relished with great appetite at the festive table with all loved ones.

Ingredients: white wheat flour , vanilla syrup 14% (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, acidifier: citric acid, natural vanilla flavor 1.5%), sugar, walnut 9%, egg white , natural yeast ( white flour wheat , water), vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), egg yolk , water, butter , invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin , milk powder, defatted cocoa powder 0 .7%, ethyl alcohol, yeast, iodized salt, flavors. Although extra care has been taken to remove all of the nut shell, some small pieces may remain.
