A sweet and fresh  VEGAN  challenge made with  crispy single-grain einkorn crusts , with a rich and light  sunflower tahini cream  inside.

We gave up soy and animal fats, instead we added  coconut oil  and  sunflower tahini . To thicken the cream, we used  pumpkin flour and spelled flour , added sea salt, unrefined sugar, and for the finish we used  rosemary extract as an antioxidant .

All natural, non-GMO, no artificial colors and no trans fats.

Individually wrapped, suitable for dessert in the lunch box or for an afternoon treat with a cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients: whole grain spelled flour (32%), unrefined sugar, coconut oil (16.8%), sunflower tahini (13.3%), pumpkin flour, cocoa powder (10-12% fat content), raising agent - baking soda, sea salt , sunflower lecithin, aroma, antioxidant - rosemary extract
