A sweet and fresh  VEGAN  challenge, No added sugar , made with crispy crusts of organic einkorn , with a rich and light fruit cream .

We used coconut oil again , and replaced the brown cane sugar with stevia and erythritol . To thicken the cream, we used blueberry flour (1g of blueberry flour is obtained from 10g of real blueberries) and apple flour , added sea salt, and finally used rosemary extract as an antioxidant  .

All natural, no added sugar, no GMOs, no artificial colors and no trans fats .

Individually wrapped, suitable for dessert in a lunch box or for an afternoon treat with a cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients: Whole grain spelt flour (30%), coconut oil (29%), erythritol, dried apple powder, dried blueberry powder, sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin, raising agents - sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate, sea salt, stevia, natural blueberry flavor, citric acid.
