A sweet and fresh  VEGAN  challenge, made with  crispy einkorn shells , with a rich and light coconut cream and  a pinch of sunflower tahini inside .

We gave up soy and animal fats, instead we added  coconut oil  and  coconut shavings . To thicken the cream we used  pumpkin flour and spelt flour , we added sea salt, unrefined sugar, and finally we used  rosemary extract as an antioxidant .

All natural, GMO-free, no artificial colors, and no trans fats.

Individually wrapped, suitable for dessert in a lunch box or for an afternoon treat with a cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients:  Whole grain spelt flour (33%), coconut flakes (24.5%), unrefined sugar, coconut oil (9.1%), sunflower tahini 3.6%, pumpkin flour, cocoa powder (10-12% fat content), raising agent - sodium bicarbonate, sea salt, sunflower lecithin, flavor, antioxidant - rosemary extract.
