Organic NO SUGAR ADDED Wafer HARMONICA - Chocolate Coated

This wafer is specially crafted for those who prefer to avoid sugar in their meals, yet still want to indulge in a delicious and sweet treat. It contains 90% less sugar compared to traditional chocolate wafers, achieved by replacing sugar and sweeteners with plant-based fibers (inulin and oligofructose). These fibers also promote the growth of beneficial bifidobacteria in the gastrointestinal tract without raising insulin levels in the blood. The wafer is fantastic – made with pure ingredients, moderately sweet, and intensely chocolatey tasty.

Ingredients: Organic wholewheat einkorn flour - contains gluten, organic sunflower oil, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt, cream (organic agave inulin, organic coconut oil, organic sunflower tahini, organic skimmed milk powder, organic low-fat cocoa powder, antioxidant: organic extract of rosemary), chocolate (organic oligofructose, organic cocoa butter, organic skimmed milk powder, organic cocoa mass. Cocoa products - 44%.

We bake the einkorn flour wafer sheets and mix the cream with the rest of the ingredients. Then we play the game: one sheet, cream on it, another sheet – cream again. When we think it is ready, we pour milk chocolate over them for glamour and let them cool down.
