A sweet and fresh  VEGAN  challenge, made with  crispy einkorn crusts , with a rich and light  sunflower tahini cream  inside.

We gave up soy and animal fats, instead we added  coconut oil  and  sunflower tahini . To thicken the cream we used  pumpkin flour and spelt flour , we added sea salt, unrefined sugar, and finally we used  rosemary extract as an antioxidant .

All natural, GMO-free, no artificial colors, and no trans fats.

Individually wrapped, suitable for dessert in a lunch box or for an afternoon treat with a cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients: whole grain spelt flour (32%), unrefined sugar, coconut oil (16.8%), sunflower tahini (13.3%), pumpkin flour, cocoa powder (10-12% fat content), raising agent - baking soda, sea salt, sunflower lecithin, flavor, antioxidant - rosemary extract.
