Mixing Add: 1 liter of cold milk, 80 g of caster sugar, 40 g of powdered sugar, 100 g of butter, the zest and juice of a lemon. Method of preparation: Place the contents of the bag in a bowl, add the caster sugar and cold milk from the fridge and immediately mix with the mixer for 3 minutes at high speed. Using the mixer, mix the butter (at room temperature) with the powdered sugar for 1 minute until it becomes foamy. The cream prepared in step 1 is added over the butter foam and mixed with the mixer until completely homogenized. Grate the peel from a lemon, squeeze the juice and add to the cream. The cream thus obtained is spread evenly between the sheets of cake.
