Cozonac with 35% walnuts and raisins cream, made with free-range chicken eggs, slowly fermented with sourdough, without preservatives. Ingredients: wheat flour, free-range chicken eggs 15%, sugar, sourdough 9% (wheat flour, water), walnuts 6%, raisins 5%, vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), water, butter, whole milk powder, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin, glucose-fructose syrup, ethyl alcohol, yeast, iodized salt, flavours. Although extra care has been taken to remove all of the walnut shell, some small pieces may remain.
