The Isler from HappyFursec ™ is a dessert made of two fine, but slightly crunchy, round cookies (the top lid is cut), made of fragile dough, filled with sour cherry jam and covered with powdered sugar. History says that this dessert is named Isler after the famous Austrian spa Bad Ischl (mountain residence of the Austrian imperial family) where it was first prepared more than 170 years ago, in honor of Emperor Franz Joseph, at the Zauner Konditorei confectionery, which still exists today.

INGREDIENTS: sugar, cherry juice from concentrate (20%), liquid glucose, wheat flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), thickening agent (pectin), acidifier (citric acid), preservative (sorbic acid), flavors (vanillina), acidity corrector (ammonium bicarbonate), rising agents (sodim bicarbonate), food coloring (concentrated hibiscus and carrot, carotene)
