It ensures the guaranteed success of vegetable jellies or aspic, creams or cakes.
Finely ground white gelatin is a product of animal origin, with various uses, which serves as a thickener for jellies, aspic, and cake creams.
By heating followed by cooling, gelatin binds with water, forming a consistent elastic gel.
One sachet of gelatin is enough for 500 ml of liquid.
Tips:
1. Boiling destroys gelatin.
2. We recommend increasing the amount of gelatin when using a lot of sour fruits or using them in combination with less sour fruits.
3. Raw fruits such as pineapple, papaya, kiwi or figs must be scalded before using in jellies.
