All you need for a hearty homemade currywurst are boiled or bratwurst sausages and Hela Curry Wurst Sauce. After frying the sausage, briefly heat the sauce with the sausage in a pan. Hela Curry Wurst Sauce has a deliciously subtle, fruity spiciness and, of course, also tastes great with French fries and much more.
Ingredients: Tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, apple puree, spirit vinegar, modified corn starch, curry (1.5%), table salt, thickeners: [guar gum, locust bean gum].
