It's so easy: 1) Slice 400g of brown or white mushrooms. 2) Sauté the mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Pour in 250ml of cold water and stir in the sauce. 3) Bring everything to a boil while stirring, then cook for 1 minute. Serve with bread dumplings or hash browns and a salad.
