Seasoning for LAMB & MUTTON - Fuchs
You can use the contents of this bag for approximately 1 kg of mutton or lamb.
Fuchs recipe:
You need: 1 packet of mutton and lamb seasoning, 2 bone-in lamb chops (1 kg), 1 tablespoon oil, 100 g butter.
In a pan, heat the oil and melt the butter, then brown the lamb chops on both sides until they form a crust. Baste them frequently with melted butter. Once browned, season them with the mixture from this packet. Remove the chops to a heatproof dish and pour the butter from the pan. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 30-45 minutes or until the chops are well browned. To serve the cutlet with greens crust you need: 250 g breadcrumbs, 250 g spinach, rosemary to taste. Put them in the blender, grind them finely, then pass the browned cutlets through this mixture.
