Băneasa keeps the tradition and offers us the Băneasa Martyrs, mountain martyrs. The dough from which traditional mountain workers are made is a simple (fasting) dough made from well-sifted flour, lukewarm water and salt. On the morning of March 9, they are boiled in a juice of water, a teaspoon of salt, a little sugar or honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Good appetite!
