Ingredients: wheat flour, water, sesame, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), sugar syrup, salt, dough additive (gluten, wheat flour, emulsifier (mono and diacetyl tartaric acid easters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids Sodium Stearol-20Lactylate), antioxidant (L-Ascorbic acid), enzyme (fungal alpha amylase, hemicellulase)).  

Contains wheat(gluten) and sesame.  May contain traces of eggs, dairy products, nuts, soy and sulfite.  

There are no additives derived from lard or pork.
