COZONAC CASA BOROMIR (BRIOCHE) WITH WALNUTS CREAM AND CHERRIES - Cozonac with 45% walnut and candied cherries cream - Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, candied cherries 10% (cherries, glucose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, carrot and hibiscus concentrate, flavours), egg whites , walnuts 7%, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), egg yolk, water, butter , inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin, skimmed milk powder, low-fat cocoa powder, ethyl alcohol, yeast, iodized salt, flavours. Although extra care has been taken to remove all walnut shell and cherry pits, some small pieces may remain. For a better preservation, keep the product in the original package, in a dry and well ventilated place, away from the sun's rays.
