We offer Shipping, Local Delivery & Free Curbside Pickup 

At the time of checkout you will be able to select the available option that works best for you. 

SHIPPING:

• We ship only to US continental states.  
• We do not ship Internationally
• At the time of checkout you may select the option that best suits you.  
• We offer rates through DHL Express, UPS and USPS
• Orders containing only non-perishable items ship on the same or next business day
• Orders containing perishable items (cheeses, frozen goods, meats) may be delayed until the following Monday depending on your location in order to ensure rapid delivery.  
• We ensure that all orders are properly packaged to guarantee that you receive your goods in perfect condition.  
• If you receive a package that has been damaged during transit, please take photos and e-mail us right away: eurofoodhub@gmail.com
• Please note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen or spoiled packages left outside.  You will be provided with tracking/delivery updates, so it is critical that you retrieve your package right away upon delivery and place any perishable items in the refrigerator/freezer.  

 

LOCAL DELIVERY:

• Our warehouse is located in Stoneham, MA 
• We offer local delivery within 20 mile radius from our warehouse
• After placing your order you will be able to select a delivery date/time.  We deliver Monday-Friday from 10am-8pm.  In some cases you may be able to select a delivery for the same day (if you place your order early in the morning).  Otherwise, delivery can be made as soon as the next business day or another day that works for you.

LOCAL PICKUP:

• You may pick up your order at our warehouse location in Stoneham, MA

• After you place your order you will be prompted to select a pickup day/time.  

• Our warehouse is available for pickup only by appointment.

• Pickup slots are provided in 2 hour increments.
