The new Boromir Croissant is a croissant with a Puff Pastry , prepared with Natural Yeast, Eggs, Butter, Honey and Milk and filled with 11 delicious creams with Milk, Cocoa, Apricots, Strawberries, Chocolate with Hazelnuts, Sparkling Wine, Chocolate – Rum , Cherries, Vanilla, Plums and Milk Chocolate.

How is the Boromir Croissant dough made?
 

Our 29-year tradition in preparing the famous Boromir Cozonac with Natural Yeast inspired us to create the new Boromir Croissant range .

The dough of the Boromir Puffed Croissant is obtained by slowly fermenting the dough with NATURAL YEAST and by successively folding the dough to obtain a FLUSHED and very TASTY core . The croissant preparation time is 36 hours .

The taste of Boromir Croissants is the result of the fermentation process of the dough made with NATURAL YEAST . No preservatives or colorings are used , being a 100% natural process .

Croissant with Chocolate - hazelnuts filling. Ingredients: white wheat flour, chocolate-hazelnuts cream 25% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, vegetable palm oil, chocolate (6%) (sugar, low-fat cocoa, cocoa butter 18%), hazelnut paste (6%), skimmed milk powdered, whole milk powdered, flavors, salt, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate), vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), natural yeast 15% (wheat flour, water), eggs, sugar, glucose syrup, water, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids and soy lecithin, whole milk powder, honey, butter, yeast, iodized salt, wheat malt flour, flavors, acidifier: citric acid. Cocoa dry substance solids in chocolate: 35% minimum. Product may contain traces of: nuts, mustard.
