Cozonac Casa Boromir Slice walnuts and chocolate with 45% cream with walnuts and chocolate chips, slowly fermented with sourdough, without preservatives. Ingredients: wheat flour, eggs 15%, sugar, sourdough 9% (wheat flour, water), walnuts 7%, chocolate chips 7% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), water, butter, whole milk powder, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin, glucose-fructose syrup, low-fat cocoa powder, ethyl alcohol, yeast, iodized salt, flavors. Dry cocoa solids in chocolate chips: 35% minimum. Although extra care has been taken to remove all of the walnut shell, some small pieces may remain.
