COZONAC CASA BOROMIR (BRIOCHE) WITHWALNUTS CREAM AND CHOCOLATE - Cozonac with 45% walnut and chocolate chips cream - Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, chocolate chips 7% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), egg whites , natural yeast (wheat flour, water), walnuts 6% , vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), egg yolk , water, butter , inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin, skimmed milk powder, low-fat cocoa powder, ethyl alcohol, yeast, iodized salt, flavours. Cocoa dry substance solids in chocolate chips: 35% minimum. Although extra care has been taken to remove all walnut shell, some small pieces may remain.
