Ingredients: pie crust: wheat flour, flour processing agent - ascorbic acid, enzymes), water, iodized salt. Filling: cow's cheese, pasteurized eggs, cow yogurt, cow milk, spinach, cow butter, sunflower oil.
Here's How:
- Leave the pie at room temperature for no longer than 1-2 hours.
- Remove the foil and place the pie together with the sheet in the oven. Do not pre-heat the oven. Suggestion: beat and egg by hand in a little bit of milk and baste the pie before baking.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until golden
- After removing from the oven sprinkle with a few drops of cold water and cover with a towel.
