Romanian Kashkaval or Cascaval - DALIA is a typical Balkan yellow type of aged cheese.

It is perfectly harmonized with dry white wines with a flavored bouquet, being served perfectly as an appetizer. It is so popular, that the name of Dalia is identified with Romania’s culinary history. Its fame is not random, but it is largely due to the simplicity of its taste. It is not complicated, but simple, fresh and delicious, in its pieces it can still be felt the fresh cow milk collected drop by drop and tied in a cheese that can surprise even the most demanding of tastes.
