Our company uses: apples from the region of Kyustendil, known as the apple orchard of Bulgaria, we use some of the most aromatic and excellent tasting apples; we use mainly hard and very aromatic pear varieties and dry them until they turn from dark yellow to light brown in color with a sweet or sweet-sour taste and fresh prunes with large, fleshy, dark-colored fruits of the Stanley variety.
