Made of clean ingredients, subtly sweet, yet intensely chocolatey. With crispy einkorn crust, mild coconut butter and rich coconut shavings… the afternoon coffee longs for their first date!

Ingredients: Organic wholegrain einkorn flour, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa mass (20.2%), organic coconut shavings (15.9%), organic coconut butter (6.31%), organic coconut flour, organic low fat cocoa powder. Raising Agent: sodium bicarbonate and a little salt. Suitable for everyone who avoids food with animal products.

The einkorn crusts are baked separately, the other ingredients are mixed in a cream and then all of those are spread – cream over crust, cream over crust. Then all these are covered in dark chocolate and are left to cool down. Packed and ready to be enjoyed.
