Bulgarian Traditional TRIPE SOUP known as Шкембе Чорба [ Shkembe Chorba ]

This is a classic Bulgarian soup for those mornings after a rough night, for those dinners after a cold day! Whatever the occasion, it is a delicious comfort food-type soup! 

Comes Freshly Frozen in 16oz plastic containers.  Upon receipt you may stick it in your fridge and consume within 7 days, or put away in the freezer and enjoy within 6 months.  

To serve, warm up by bringing to a boil for about 2 minutes.  While you are waiting for the soup to warm prepare a seasoning of crushed garlic soaked in vinegar and crushed red pepper to taste.  

Indgredients: beef bullion, beef tripe, whole milk, white flour, red pepper, seasonings.
